What counts as a message?
One message = one AI response generated for a customer. Visitor messages and your team's manual replies aren't counted.
What happens if I run out of messages?
On Free, replies stop and the widget shows an “Upgrade to continue” card. On any paid plan, replies keep flowing — overage is billed automatically by Shopify in 500-message blocks at your plan's rate.
How is billing handled?
Through Shopify. Plan selection, charges, prorations, and refunds all run through your Shopify admin — no separate payment method required.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade and you'll be billed pro-rated immediately. Downgrade and the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
