By accessing or using Chatkit's AI-powered assistant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Chatkit provides an AI-powered assistant for Shopify merchants that helps generate and manage customer conversations, recommendations, and support responses. The service includes AI-generated responses, template management, and related features.
3. User accounts
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your account information as needed
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription and payments
Access to paid features of Chatkit requires a subscription billed through Shopify. You agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Generate or distribute spam or malicious content
- Attempt to bypass any service limitations or restrictions
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
6. Intellectual property
The service, including all related software, designs, and content, is owned by Chatkit. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us the right to use it for providing and improving our service.
7. Limitation of liability
Chatkit provides the service “as is” without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
